    Feedback is important, especially from your customers. By identifying customer and business goals, we open up important lines of communication and pivot accordingly, to ensure that your products are as effective as possible.

    Iteration is important, and so is knowing when to leave something alone. Validating functionality with user tests will provide answers on a qualitative and quantitative scale, leaving uncertainty in the dust.

    I never skip steps in a project, no matter what. Sticking to a solid process saves both time and money in the long run.
