Teaming Up The Right Way
From UX strategy sessions to full-on rescue missions, I work closely with my clients to make great products, educate them with time-tested processes, and grow with them tangentially as a team to design better experiences for their customers.
What I Do
- Stay On Target
I learn your business inside and out in order to support your objectives, analyze your competition, and narrow the scope of your project.
- Projects That Excite
Digital products, trade show booths, marketing proposals… I’m ready to help, so long as it’s great work.
- Keep Design In Mind
I perform due diligence and bring careful consideration to every problem we tackle.
- Play Nice
Team building goes beyond beer and pizza. On-site visits are made either during or after work hours in order for us get to know each other and work more effectively together.
- Earn Bonus Points
I’m is always on the lookout for ways to differentiate your business from the competition, and leave you with the tools you need to succeed.
What I Don’t
- Work In A Bubble
Feedback is important, especially from your customers. By identifying customer and business goals, we open up important lines of communication and pivot accordingly, to ensure that your products are as effective as possible.
- Spin Wheels Needlessly
Iteration is important, and so is knowing when to leave something alone. Validating functionality with user tests will provide answers on a qualitative and quantitative scale, leaving uncertainty in the dust.
- Ignore Process
I never skip steps in a project, no matter what. Sticking to a solid process saves both time and money in the long run.
- Get Involved In Office Politics
I steer clear of drama and direct the focus back to where it should be: on your customers.
- Drop The Ball
I earn your trust and prove my value every single day.
